How can we find threshold voltage of Normally ON HEMT from its ID-VG characteristics.
On plotting IDVG characteristics in Origin how can we find its Threshold voltage...like there are methods of extrapolating the tangent to current curve on Vgs axis and the other is fixing Ids at some current value (like 1 mA/mm, for breakdown analysis).
Can it be calculated by constant current method by fixing Ids at some value say 1 microamp or 1 miliamp at some Vds say 5V (HEMT UNDER MY CONSIDERATION IS 1 MICRON GATE LENGTH).
Is there any other method or which one is better.
