You may use Structural Equation Model by Smart PLS or AMOSS. On the other hand, you may use comparative analysis pre-test and post-test of the regression model.

Alternatively, if you have the numerator and denominator used to compute the percentage value, you could try the SPSS GENLIN command. It allows one to specify the dependent variable as "events-var of trials-var".
