I last year wrote Louis Marmet that the cellular structure of the Universe must have some predominant cell sizes to accommodate in their nodes of clusters of galaxies. And volume, in which are formed a separate galaxy, must have the prevailing sizes. All this is determined by the density of dark matter in the Universe.
In accordance with this conclusion, and with the formula R=(c/H)*ln(z+1), I can say that when counting statistics from far areas, there difference of redshifts will bigger than the nearest fields.
The dependence of the size quantization z will be about the linear. const=ΔR*H/c=Δz/(z+1) for a small Δz.
Accordingly, it is necessary to collect statistics of the predominant differences between the red shifts are not as z1-z2, but as ln(z1+1)-ln(z2+1). And of course, you need to consider the angle at which we see a couple of the considered galaxies.
If we get a better distribution than z1-z2, then we can consider it as statistical evidence (proof!) of compliance with the Static model, that is, the lack of expansion space!.

I think that the space of the Universe is not expanding. Test Tifft's quantization will show it, because in the framework of GR the distance between galaxies previously had to be less than it is now. Therefore, in GR dependence should be approximately inversely proportional to z.
