At the end of each poultry flock, the poultry house is cleaned and disinfected. However, it is not known if the procedures (C / D) were well done. So we need a control of the C / D to avoid a probable contamination of poultry by pathogens especially if in this poultry house existed pathogens such as for example salmonella.
