First step is having a lam with gram stain.
You can culture your cells and their medium in
Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) at first and then go on with fungal guidelines.
In cell culture usually used Pen/Strep.
Hi, you can stain with different dyes that are specific for microbes but not for fungi, and vice versa

from your image it is hard to tell whether you have a bacterial or yeast infection (a scale would be really helpful). However, you could treat your culture with kanamycin (or Geneticin, G418), which acts both as anti-fungal and antibacterial.
