You can actually use a Normal, Binomial and Poisson Distribution Statistics to convert to prob. data using Bayesian Network. Let p be the Probability that an event will happen, and q be the probability that an event will not happen. p=0.7, Q=0.3, working with the Population(P), then the resulting value from this shall give the probability equivalence of the deterministic value.
