How can we calculate enzyme concentrtaion while uisng glucose release*0.37 ; Ghose, 1987?, while getting lower glucose than 0.5mg?

While estimating the CMCase assay, my readings for glucose release per 30 mins is less than the critical value, so I used the formula glucose release*0.37. whereas, we can calculate the enzyme concentration with the dilution factor before calculating the CMCase with the formula 0.185/ enzyme concentration to release 0.5mg glucose. But, how to know the enzyme concentration in my case?
