I'm trying to standardize a buffer in which my biotin conjugated and HRP conjugated molecules (antibodies and antigen) stay stable for longer time.

My assay for detection of HIV works well with no background. The only issue is the stability of my conjugated molecules. In accelerated stability studies my current conjugate diluent gives more than 50% reduction in activity at 9th day at 37 degree Celsius.

So, can anyone suggest me a solution or if any buffer recipe?

Thanks in advance.
