I am working on antioxidant capacity characterization of wild fruits. I have generated a data by using various methods such as DPPH, Reducing Power Assay and H2O2 assay, Total phenol assay, and superoxide radical scavenging assay etc. with the level of IC50%. I want to represent as one table form, with explaining individual methods. How can I do this, Kindly requested for optimistic suggestions?

If you want to express your results as IC 50 (especially in assay has control represent 100% absorbance as DPPH), so you should make a serial dilution of each sample (plant) before doing your assay.
Then, you can draw your different concentrations (serial dilution) on X-axis against different corresponding means of inhibition on Y axis to find the best linear equation.
Equation of straight line seems to be like
Y=a X + b
a and b is constant, while Y is replaced by 50% to find X value which makes inhibition for 50 percent of control value.
But in case of total phenolic contents, you can not represent your data as IC 50, instead, your data is presented as mg of Gallic acid equivalent per g of dry or fresh weight (mg GAE/g) using different calculation procedure.
I'll suggest that you use two tables, one for the antioxidant capacity of fruit extracts i.e the DPPH and the H2O2 assays and the other for the result quantitative phytochemical analysis i.e the total phenolic content. You may also add total flavonoid content.... Best wishes.
