During writing a research paper/article we usually support our results with statistical analysis using t-test or ANOVA or other. How can we represent it in research paper? How to write discussion for that? Thanks for suggestions.
In the case of graph or table you can represent the degree of significance by symbols ,for example *.You can give one* for one significance value and ** for other .Then on foot note of tables/fig give that value .

'1-beta' and 'alpha' are values you have to insert. If they are different for different tests performed you may indicate this.
