How can one determine F(min) using EGTA/BAPTA in Ca2+ imaging?

Are any set of definite protocols that describe the protocol for single-wavelength calcium indicators, where they determine Fmin using EGTA/BAPTA? I wish to avoid in using MnCl2 as it gives unnecessary fluorescent signal.
