If you meant which effective method is the best to add trichoderma to maintain a healthy wheat productivity , then the answer is to incorporate it into the 5 cm of soil at the germination time to insure good rhizosphere area as they will suppres the pathogenic fungi and encourage microbial biomass of soil as well as nutrients availability.
Moreover, it could increase growth requlator (Auxin ).
We often keep debating , whether to inoculate seed or to inoculate soil, since Trichoderma has some PGPR ability as well...
