Dear Nahid Fotuhi, you may use Trizol reagent to extract total RNA from blood samples and apply random primer for reverse transcription for downstream checking.

Dear Nahid, lncRNAs are just RNAs and you can extract them with any system you are currently using for purifying RNA from plasma or serum. Trizol is one of them but you can also use home-made phenol, guanidine solutions etc.
