Right click on your geometry then use Import or LiveLink to import your CAD model into COMSOL, as shown in the attached image.

You are welcome. In both cases you can choose whether the dimensions are from AutoCAD or COMSOL. If you choose from COMSOL, then it will follow the units that you are using in your model.
