How can I write MATLAB simulation code to define a distributed MIMO system?

I have two base stations and one user and I have trouble determining the size of H = [H1(d1); ... ;Hl(dl); :::;HL(dL)] is the

N*ML channel matrix, which includes small scale and large

scale fading

N=3 Number of MS antennas

M=4 Number of BS antennas

L=2 Number of BSs

this system configuration is (N;M;L).

Should it be used to specify dimensions?
