Ti5Si3 crystal structure, sublattices for thermodynamical modelling?
- I am to advise SAXS - small angle X-ray scattering. It is not visualisation, but it is direct method.
3 not coplanar positions of the sample - and you`ll get 3D sizes of the superlattices in your crystal - size about 10-100nm and 100-1000nm for ultraSAXS. It would look like SAXS pattern for Lengmure-Blogett films in 1 direction, for example.
And what do you mean as sublattices - nh mk xl? - It deal with ordinary X-ray difractometry - XRD.
