For VANET simulation I would like to use SUMO to generate the mobility scenarios (contains roads, traffic lights, vehicles, ...) and then NS-2 to implement some algorithms (for scheduling traffic lights, ...).
How can I enter the data from SUMO to NS-2?
Should I use some tools such as MOVE (MObility model generator for VEhicular networks)?

I dont know about NS-2 (which is a very old tool), but SUMO interfacing is in-built in NetSim.

you can link SUMO and NS3 'online' or 'offline:
Offline: create trace file from the mobility of SUMO. Then use Ns2MobilityHelper to use those trace files within NS3
Online : use iTETRIS or VSimRTI which combine SUMO and NS3 and mobility of nodes is 'live' and you can change it within your scenario.
You should be able to do that. Normally, it is possible to export mobility traces from a traffic simulator like SUMO that can be fed to any network simulator such as NS2 for further analysis. I personally did not use SUMO but once I used mobility traces exported form NCTUns to fed them with OPNET. You can also use some intermediary tools (mediators) available in the market to get the job done.
Suggest you avoid NS-2 / NS-3 unless you are an expert in scripting and in C ++
