My ABAQUS model has two parts:1.Projectile,2.Target. I have written subroutine for target.I want to use inbuilt johnson cook damage model for projectile.How to use subroutine only for the target in ABAQUS analysis?
How to do probabilistic numerical simulations in ABAQUS?.500 NUMERICAL SIMULATIONS are to be performed in ABAQUS.Is there any method to perform 500 simulations and obtain the average behavior?
NOTE:1.The material is isotropic elastic needs only E,poisson's ratio,material parameters.The other material parameters like weibull parameters are also given. Refer the papers provided for clarification.
2.I am dealing with Impact problems so I need VUMAT
IS MY VUMAT SUBROUTINE RIGHT?

In case of impact problems, typically the projectile is considered as rigid, so you can define it as discrete or analytical rigid based on the shape of the projectile. It doesn't need any section definition. So the material and section definitions are required for target only. If you assign this section to the target, the VUMAT refereed in the section will be applicable to that part only.
Probabilistic simulations are not available in Abaqus but you can do some parametric simulations using python scripting. Then you can process the output data for probabilistic analysis. If you have SIMULIA extended token package in your institute, there is a tool called isight, which can be used to perform probabilistic analysis.
Coming to your VUMAT, i need to go through it and check.

I have assigned two properties to a same part by making two sections and assigning VUMAT to one and other in-built plastic property to another. It worked for me. So I guess you should assign the mat-1 with VUMAT to target and mat2 to projectie.
