I would like to induce the cells with FUCCI constructs then knock down the cells with siRNA for a particular gene .Then I would like to use those cells for 3D spheroid assay. To be able to confirm that the cells that invade the spheroid are the ones that are transfected. What kind of tag can I use to tag the cells transfected with the siRNA of that gene? Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
