if you want to characterize your particles, which dissolve in water it makes no sense to attempt zeta-potential measurements. What is the environment you envisage their use as particles?

Titus Sobisch I am just confused because i found literature reporting zeta potential in aqueous solution of similar systems. The particles are supposed to be applied for nasal drug delivery.
