Dear all,

I am doing an experiment testing the immunogenicity of certain cell types in vitro. Currently I have a set up of autologous monocyte derived DCs and T cells + addition of cells of interest.

In order to properly recapitulate an in vivo immune response, I want to pre-expose the DCs to the cells of interest and am testing multiple ways to do this: whole cell, cell lysate or surface molecules.

I haven't managed to find a method for stripping cell surface antigen from cells but I have been told it is possible. If anyone has any advice/a method for doing this, I would be really grateful to hear.

Thanks in advance,

Anna
