Dear Zeinab, CaCl2 dissolve readily in water so you dont need any special coaxing to dissolve. Measure the amount of CaCl2 you want to dissolve and put the container with the help of spoon and add the desired amount of water slowly. It may only evolve some heat while dissolving.

Thanks a lot , but I put Cacl2 in container and added water, unfortunately It wasn't dissolve. I will test it again

Dear Zeinab, maximum quantity of CaCl2 can be dissolved is about 740 g/l water at 20 C.
