Why are the steppes not the same in Silvaco output?

In Silvaco, I have defined a semiconductor component. The electric field outputs have two problems.

One is that the steps of X are not the same and they change, although I have defined a homogeneous meshing.

This causes problem for me.

Also, the steps are not the same as the mesh that I specified in the command.

Does anyone have any information on this?
