I have at length tried using different remote displacement boundary conditions but I cannot simulate a realistic interaction of the test specimen / body which is beeing compressed, during the 3 point bending static structural analysis, with the support bars. Is it possible to do tthe analysis without importing other bodies for the support bars?

Select edge as named selection and right click to create nodal from named selection... and then create remote displacement for named selection
