I want to know how to determine the parameters of cohesive elment ,and the meaning of the parameters that cohesive element needed in simulation of glueline. you'd better give me a example like this, thanks very much.

First of all, thanks for your answer, What I need to analyse is structure of furniture, glued-line is between mortise and tenon. Secondly, I use Abaquas to simulate it ,and the parameters of CZM is not clear,such as " Nominal Stress Normal-only Mode",and" Nominal Stress first Direction" and "Nominal Stress Second Direction'. and "Viscosity'.how can i determine them. Would you p;ease give me some materials about them, thanks very much.
