My problem is how to model the material and provide the different condition which are discussed in these papers mentioned belows and please help me with how they would have used the PDE in the model they built. Please provide me with the appropriate solution to see shape memory effect of shape memory alloy.

You need to define the PDEs or ODEs as global equations in the COMSOL GUI. You can use thermodynamic relations developed in
