I tried to model shape memory alloy in static structure in ansys workbench and given the properties needed to see the shape memory effect and applied some pressure and generated some deformation in the material and after that i have applied some thermal condition that is temperature and then by the property of SME the deformation should be recovered but this is not happening instead i m seeing increase in deformation .
so please any one who worked in this field please reply me as soon as possible
