I want to modify the turbulent viscosity of standard k-e model in Fluent UDF, but the turbulent viscosity of wall function will change, too. And the change is not what i want.
So i need to seperate the near wall cell to maintain the wall function turbulent viscosity when i modify the DEFINE_TRUBULENT_VISCOSITY. Could you please teach me how to accomplish it?

From the menu
adapt >boundary
You can choose related wall and press "Mark". (only one for number of cells)
then go to
Mesh>Separate>cells > Registers
choose the "boundary-r0" and the fluid volume. Then click "Separate" .Now the cells near wall are assigned to a new volumezone
Hi, For getting cell values of adjacent cells to a face or to plug in values to the adjacent cells of a face,you must use the "Adjacent Cell Index (F_C0,F_C1)" macros. Refer to fluent UDF manual and search for this macro .

I want to modify the turbulent viscosity in the domain that the whole flow domain minus the adjacent cell.
I need to know whether ir is realizable to seperate the flow domain and remain the main flow. Please look at the attachment, the blue domain is what i want. How can i get it ?

Your figure is bit confusing but I perceive that you want to separate the near wall cells from the remaining flow domain.If that is the case ,then u can model it as two separate zones in the design modeler (ansys workbench) and in the udf pass the thread pointer to the zone you wish to modify using the zone ID (from interior boundary condition panel in fluent).Hope this helps!
