I can separate the two in case of modal analysis. Bur how can I achieve in case of transient analysis (full) ?

basically, convective component are due to low frequency and impulsive due to relative higher frequency modes. Plot Amplitude Vs Frequency Vs time of the component and filter low and high frequency and you will get slosh and impulsive component respectively.

How can I make such plot ? From the time history post processor, I can plot time Vs the component. but how can I create Amplitude Vs Frequency Vs time of the component plot and how to filter low and high frequency components?

As said by Claudio, take raw data from ansys and post process in matlab and filter the the data with frequency in time domain.

Impulsive and sloshing pressures are of hydrodynamic pressure in nature, so both have no component of g. However vertical seismic acceleration surely have participation in both hydrodynamic pressures.

I shall try to filter the data in frequency domain using matlab.

I have done the transient analysis in both ways

(i) considering g in vertical direction (as mentioned in ansys help , always positive in case of inertia load)

(ii) without considering acceleration due to gravity

But I couldn't find the significant difference in the obtained results

What is the actual role of acceleration due to gravity 'g' in the transient analysis along with the acceleration data in horizontal direction as inertia load

In dynamic analysis,slosh displacement is defined by gravity. Also g + vertical excitation controls the weight contribution.
