Errors/warnings that i am seeing includes:
1)The system matrix has 4 negative eigenvalues.
2) The strain increment has exceeded fifty times the strain to cause first yield at 2 points
3)**NOTE: THE SOLUTION APPEARS TO BE DIVERGING. CONVERGENCE IS JUDGED UNLIKELY.

As it was mentioned in the warnings of your simulation, the solution is diverging with current settings. Based on my understanding of your problem, you can try to manually adjust incrementation to obtain convergence. So, you need to initially decrease the "minimum increment size" (For instance 1E-010). Also, try increasing the "maximum number of increments" (for example 1000). I attached the "edit step" window to show which items you need to set.
Your picture shows a symmetric structure. It is not clear if the BCs are symmetric, too. If yes, why did you not exploit symmetry?
Since your analysis is non linear (elastoplastic), your actual model is rather time-consuming to be solved
Negative eigenvalues indicate that the structure can loose stability under compression. it would be helpful to look at deformed shape.
