Hi Mr. Maskey, maybe my suggestion will be unuseful because depends on the type of masonry infill walls and mortar used, but here in Portugal my research team will try to test a concrete frame with masonry infill walls with reinforced mortar. This concrete frame has already been tested with the masonry before and the masonry was totally cracked. The main objective is to verify the behavior of the reinforced masonry with the concrete frame to vertical loads when the masonry has already been damaged.

The loose bricks need to be removed and the wall repaired with a lime biased mortar mixture.If you send me some pictures I would have a better understanding of what you are trying to achieve. We use arbour tech reciprocating saws (no dust).Another solution to large wall areas would be to place and tie reinforcement sheet to both sides of the wall, tie together and render, but it would probably be cheaper to remove and or replace/ repair existing walls traditionally. 

 Dear Mr Maskey it also occured to me that their is a large resource of broken and damaged bricks.Which if crushed to between 38 and 600 microns could be used as a fast setting pozzolan additive to any lime mortar. 1lime 4 sand 1 brick dust.
