Hi,
I modeled the 2D cutting of fiber reinforce plastics (composite) materials with ABAQUS. As is shown in the figure,the job is aborted by this error:
OUTPUT REQUEST HSNFCCRT (HSNFTCRT,HSNMCCRT,HSNMTCRT) IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS OPTION
Modeling parameters:
-Material : composite (modeled as a 2D shell with homogeneous properties)
-Failure criteria : Hashin
-interaction (surface to surface contact- penalty contact method)
-Step :dynamic Explicit
-Mesh type: CPS4R , Plane Stress (figure 2)

Possible solution: Uncheck the variables causing the error and use DMICRT to measure all damage initiation criteria components.

this error is due to history output in the Step module.
go to the Step module and make sure that in the set option you select the set (make sure in your modelling you have to create a set to define it in the history output), otherwise, I am not sure that you can solve this error by selecting "whole model" in the history output field. Since, it is too complicated for software to pass relevant increments.

Hi, the problem is that these failure initiation parameters are available only as History outputs and not as field outputs. Maybe you have requested them as Field Outputs.
