A monoclonal antibody was expressed in CHO cells, We found that the proportion of Mannose-5 glycans was very high(5-8%) by N-linked glycosylation analysis. I just want to know if there was some way to reduce it by optimizing cell culture process or adding some chemical supplements. Thanks very much in advance. I am looking forward to your advice.

You could try to inhibit N-linked glycosylation. There are quite a few protocols that you can try. For starters, have a look at these publications:
