I tried to produce nanoparticles by caoscervation method as mentiond below:

adding 50 mg of BSA in 1 ml of buffer then stirring at 500 rpm. The dissolved protein was then transformed into nanoparticles by the continuous addition of 4 ml of absolute ethanol with a precision FPLC pump at an addition rate of 5 ml/min in a thermostatic bath

BUT the produced particles are at micro scale.

can I produce BSA with 100nm size by using coacervation?
