How can I prepare platelet rich plasma, platelet lysate and cultured cells for electron microscopy? Both TEM and SEM ?

I tried different approaches, but I cannot seem to get it right!and if anyone has SEM images of platelet rich plasma, I would appreciate of he/she could share so I can use as reference
