As pgmy09/11 primer contains 5 forward & 13 reverse primers, how can I prepare a forward and reverse primer mixture for a conventional PCR run of cervical samples for HPV DNA detection?

You can use Primer3 (https://primer3.ut.ee/) to design primers or can design primers manually and then perform in-silico PCR (http://www.genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgPcr) for validation.
