To prepare 50 ug/mL of Phorbol Myristate Acetate do the following.

You should weigh 0.5mg of PMA and dissolve in 1ml DMSO. You will get a concentration of 0.5mg/ml PMA.

Dilute this stock solution by 1:10 with culture media to give 0.05mg/ml PMA which is 50ug/ml. This will be the diluted stock which may be used in culture.
