How can I predict the transcribed sequence?

On SnapGene, I have inserted my gene of interest in the MCS. How can I predict using SnapGene or any other software, what will be the sequence of the RNA transcript when it is expressed in a system.

I want to make sure my insert will be read in the correct direction and is ligated in the correct orientation.
