How can I obtain the following "combined hardening" parameters of reinforcing steel since i only have (Fy; ey; Fu; eu):

Kinematic hardening parameter: C = kinematic hardening modulus. ɣ = rate at which hardening modulus decreases with plastic straining (σ0). Isotropic hardening parameter: Q = maximum change in the size of the yield surface. b = rate at which σ0 change with plastic strain.
