Hello all, after perfomed a separition of DNA through the method of Gel Electrophoresis, I can't obtain a photograph of the gel using an UV camera because it was down.
So, I used my Smartphone to take a photograph, but now I don't know how I can correctly modify e show it.
Do you have any suggestions?

What exactly you need to modify, if u wanted to increase resolution and size or format u can use photoshop software. This is perfect tool to corred photos and u can also change the format of photo through this software.

I thought that was not correst modify photo with Photoshop because (in theory) I may alter completely the result with it, so my result could not be accepted.

Hello,
You can use FIJI, its free and you can enhance, crop, quantify and play with intensity. There is nothing wrong in that, unless you don't crop & paste bands, mask certain bands.
