1- I have two B.C: The bone is fixed in all directions and the drill bit has only rotational speed and feed rate.
Are there BCs correct? Furthermore, in interaction section in ABAQUS software, I assume that drill bit is rigid body.
2- In the graphical result, I can not see any removal chip while, I use Johnson-Cock method for cube. I think this model is only cutting not drilling!?
3- How can I convert the unit of heat capacity (j/kg.C) to (N/mm2.C)

Could you please help me with solving an issue I have with drilling in Deform 3D?
I am using a crack 11th version of Deform but it stops the process because of re-meshing issue. and I can not design the drill bit inside the program, I load it from other programs. I even shorten the drill bit to make less mesh in order to be easier for calculation. but can not get more than 3000 steps which is the beginning of chip formation.

You need to reduce the mesg size as less as possible then only chip formation will started. And for long running simulation your system must be a workstation of high grade with RAM of more then 32 GB.
