How can I model 3D printed PLA parts in ABAQUS?

I have printed PLA parts using an FDM printer. I want to do FEM for those specimen. Is there anyone who used similar things in ABAQUS?

Reverse Engineering Method:

Please perform micro- CT for 3D reconstruction of the printed sample. This will provide an input model for FE-simulation.
