Can any one help me in the methods by which I can detect the effect of aromatase inhibitors in treating breast cancer in vitro (Cell culture and induced cancers in mice).

you can induced breast cancer in 40 mice using one known carcinogen like DMBA and used another 40 mice as control group take normal diet and make third group naming it (carcinogen+ protective ) group that take carcinogen plus the aromatase inhibitors and follow your total 120 mice and make a report about them every weak calculate percent of deaths and after 6 month you start to sacrifice the animals and investigated histological changes within different groups showing your protective aromatase inhibitors effective or non effective
