I am wondered to know how I can measure the area fraction of each color in OIM software which is utilized for EBSD images? for example I want to measure the area fraction of red colors in an EBSD photo which is related to (001) plane.

Red color is no physical property. You need to describe what red color means to you. In RGB it is only 1,0,0. Perhaps no grain fulfills this condition, i.e. you need to accept deviations. When your red is no red anymore?
I guess you are talking about a cubic phase? Image as well as photo seems to be the same for you? Are you talking about a MAP? Then perhaps look in the attached paper. It might help you to understand what a used color may or may not display.

Gert is right. "Red" color is not precise. Depend on the crystal system, even if the directions with near same orientation, the IPF color key for these directions in commercial EBSD software may be totally different, i.e. the color jump as resolved in Gert's paper. Of course, it is no problem in fcc/bcc system.
As for your problem, you could select from the inverse pole figure. To do that, you need to specify a tolerance angle around certain direction, e.g. 5 deg. Then, you could highlight or partition the area you are interested from original map, from there you could get the area fraction.
