Hi Trung!! Sorry to reply late! I asked about a gamma secrease kit assay to measure the activity but was out of the catalog and I didn't find other thing, also I asked to a research group who patented a method to measure the activity but they never replied me so...I still like at the begining :S:S I can`t help you so sorry, but if in the future I find something I will tell you, and I hope you make the same!!! Hi Amlan! Finally I posposed this assay, maybe after summer I will start againg, but just now I'm focus in other things. I think playing with a gamma secretase stimulator and a gamma secretase inhibitor at different times It will be possible to check something...When I make something in this direction I will tell you if work!!
