It's made very simple. Take a phosphorus less soil add to it known amount of phosphorus, perform regular organic phosphorus determination, Repeat with 5-6 different express with different amount of phosphorus. Estimate upper and lower limits of detection. Then try the developed method to estimate known phosphorus and on satisfactory results, you can use the method for your desired samples.

Mehlich 3 method. I have applied phosphorus in the soil at many rates from TSP. However, I need to know the best procedure to determine soil organic P.
Hello, you can determine P using atomic absorption spectroscopy, for the organic P , you can separate it using organic solvents to avoid the inorganic P and vice versa depend on ( like dissolve like).
