How can I make a phylogenetic tree (by using Mega or any other software) which resolution will be at least 600 dpi?

Recently I made a phylogenetic tree by using Mega. But, to fulfill submission criteria in a journal, its resolution might be 600 dpi (file format will be TIF). I was also tried some online dpi converter sites to resolve it, but didn't success. So, I want to know that how can I create a phylogenetic tree which resolution will be minimum 600 dpi or more.
