Dear all,
I have been working on Ehrlich ascites tumor cells as a part of my research.
Normally, EAC cells are aspirated from peritoneal cavity of the tumor bearing mice and 0.1 ml containing 106 cells is injected intraperitoneally
into the Swiss albino mice for propogation which will last for a maximum of 18days.
I need to prolong the life span of EAC bearing mice so that i can perform some additional parametres.
Do have any suggestions with regard to dilution that i have to make to resolve the problem?

Why don´t you try doing a solution of 106 cells/mL and injects i.p. only 0.1 mL of this in new Swiss albino mice?
