How can I make 10 mM stock solution of drug with DMSO 17.5mg/ml?

Actually I already calculated the volume of DMSO I need to add, the question is about the concentration of DMSO. The DMSO in my lab is in liquid form, 100ml, >99.9 %. So I do not know how to make a concentration of 17.5mg/ml DMSO from liquid solution. Can anyone help me to solve this problem, I am a little confused.

Instead of calculating a volume, weigh out your DMSO on a balance. Tare your container and add the amount of DMSO you'll need. So if you were making a 10mL solution, you'd weigh out 175mg of DMSO. (Since your purity is >99.9%, I'd just assume 100% and not worry about that part)
