I use ImageJ with COQ.jar in order to calculate MTF, NNPS and DQE curves for Digital Radiography systems. Until yesterday, I didn't have any problems, but today, when I tried to load more than a Dicom image, the following message appeared:
"Impossible to create a Stack"
I deleted and re-installed the ImageJ, but the error remains.
Do you have any suggestions for this?

It may be a java problem due to the updates. Did you try using another computer?

Most likely your images are different sizes, and imageJ requires the same size images to create a stack, if I recall correctly.
